ROLLER COASTER MOOD

Mood atau perasaan adalah sebuah respon dari dalam diri atas suatu kejadian atau peristiwa. Perasaan yang dimiliki setiap manusia tentu memiliki pola berbeda – beda, antara lain ada yang memiliki perasaan stabil yaitu pola perasaan manusia yang cenderung dapat dikontrol dalam menghadapi situasi apapun. Selain itu ada pola perasaan labil yaitu perasaan manusia yang cenderung tidak dapat dikontrol dalam menghadapi situasi apapun. Perasaan seperti ini sering disebut juga roller coaster mood, karena permainan roller coaster yang dapat bergerak dari berada diatas kemudian bisa turun dengan kecepatan tinggi begitu pun sebaliknya. Hal ini dapat menggambarkan keadaan dari perasaan manusia yang masih cenderung labil. Perasaan labil cenderung dimiliki oleh kalangan remaja, tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan dari seseorang yang sudah memiliki cukup umur atau dikatakan dewasa memiliki perasaan yang labil.
